Here at Mind Your Head I offer sessions that bring time honoured practices together to help you step back from the everyday and add some much needed balance into your life.
My sessions are varied and can focus on one practice or you can join me for a 3-hour half-day retreat, with a mix of relaxing breath and energy work, some gentle mindful movement, a deeply relaxing yoga nidra body scan meditation, a sound bath, and a mindful tea ceremony.
Alternatively my 8-week course might be suitable if you’re looking to build a meditation habit that sticks for life.
I host weekly online sessions too - little pockets of peace to fit into your life, no matter how busy.
Most of my sessions are based in and around Crewkerne, South Somerset and kept small and unhurried. You’ll leave with something practical to enable you to continue your practice after our sessions—maybe a recording of a meditation, a cup of tea, some essential oil - along with a sense of calm.
My aim’s simple: share what works, so you can take it home with you.
